Your first visit
On your first visit, we ask that you fill out a short medical/dental history form. We will collect essential records, including photos and x-rays.
After a thorough examination of your teeth and bite, Dr. Li will provide a detailed explanation of his findings and what treatment may be necessary. We will also walk you through:
Logistics: Appointments and scheduling.
Finances: Insurance, payment options, and total costs.
Next Steps: What treatment is needed, how it will be accomplished, and how long it will take.
We encourage you to ask questions. Our goal is that you leave our office feeling completely informed and comfortable with your treatment plan.
